Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Solutions Engineer - Splunk (Remote) to partner with Account Executives in leading technical discovery, solution design, and PoC evaluations for enterprise accounts. The role includes delivering compelling demonstrations and collaborating with engineering teams to articulate ROI and business outcomes.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. This remote position allows work from anywhere in Colombia.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical pre-sales or related roles.
• 3+ years translating customer requirements into technical architectures in enterprise IT.
• 2+ years delivering live demos/PoCs or customer evaluations.
• Experience in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud infra, or observability/data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, design, and architectural validation with Account Executives.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and live product demonstrations.
• Build and execute PoCs to validate feasibility and accelerate deal closure.
• Collaborate with product specialists, channel partners, and engineering teams for field feedback.
