Rush Street Interactive, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering to lead a high-performing team focused on delivering reliable software and processes.

You will balance people leadership with technical stewardship, manage delivery plans, and partner with product and operations to meet business goals. Applicants should have a strong track record in agile delivery, architecture, and data-driven improvement, with excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Formación

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, including leading engineers
• Experience managing software development lifecycles and delivery planning
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and team-building
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders
• Ability to manage competing priorities, risks, dependencies, and expectations
• Understanding of software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and reliability

• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team through coaching and development.
