Rush Street Interactive is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering in Colombia to lead a high-performing team, drive delivery quality, and ensure operational excellence across initiatives. You will balance team health, delivery, and continuous improvement while collaborating with product and business units.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in software engineering, strong people skills, and the ability to manage priorities and risks in an agile environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of software engineering leadership or cross-functional delivery.
• Experience with agile software delivery and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineers and cross-functional delivery teams to plan, execute, and communicate work.
• Drive quality, incident follow-up, and continuous improvement.
• Establish visibility into team performance with planning and metrics.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, product, and business functions.
• Promote secure, scalable, reliable engineering practices.
