Rush Street Interactive is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on delivering reliable software for online casino and sports betting platforms. You will drive delivery, quality, and operational excellence across cross-functional initiatives.

You will coach engineers, manage performance, and align staffing with business priorities while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. The role requires travel as needed.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
3+ years of software engineering leadership experience.
Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.
Strong communication and risk management skills.

Responsabilidades

Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team through coaching and performance management.
Lead cross-functional delivery efforts with engineering, product, and operations.
Drive quality, incident follow-up, and continuous improvement across the org.
Establish visibility into team performance through planning, metrics, and stakeholder updates.
Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
