Publicis Sapient in Bogotá seeks a Manager, Technical Project Management to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications in Fleet Operations. You will partner with client stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders to drive execution and ensure alignment with security, architecture, and governance.

The role requires 8+ years in technical project management, strong Agile experience, and excellence in communication with senior leadership.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in technical project management or enterprise technology delivery.
• Experience managing complex technology projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery governance.
• Experience with enterprise applications in Fleet/Logistics/Operations.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, resources, and mitigation plans.
• Knowledge of software delivery processes including QA, DevOps, cloud, and production releases.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications, from planning to release and stabilization.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, release management, and delivery execution.
• Coordinate developers, DevOps, QA, product managers, architects, and stakeholders for delivery.
• Own project planning, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish delivery governance and monitor KPIs, system reliability, and business value.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment with security, architecture, and governance.
• Provide roadmap planning and delivery insights to support objectives.
• Lead status reviews and governance meetings with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Identify delivery challenges early and drive resolution with transparency.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and high-quality delivery.
