Valatam is seeking a remote, full-time Marketing Support/Social Media Assistant to craft content, manage calendars, and support campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. You will work EST hours, collaborating with bilingual teams to deliver high-quality results.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in marketing support or social media, fluency in English and Spanish, and proficiency with Canva, Mailchimp, analytics tools, Google Workspace, and MS Office. Remote setup is required.

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 2-3 years of marketing support or social media experience.
• Familiar with Canva, Mailchimp, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.

About The Role

You will be successful in this role if you can support our clients with creative, organized, and high-quality marketing and social media execution. This is a 100% remote, full-time position (Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST).

• Hourly rate equivalent to USD $696 - $1,044/month (experience-based)
• Annual pay increments
• Discretionary client bonuses (80% of clients award year-end bonuses)
