The Systems Engineer will lead technical aspects of sales cycles, partner with sales, and continuously position Fortinet solutions to meet customer needs.

You will communicate complex concepts, manage multiple opportunities, and maintain CRM records to drive successful customer outcomes and long-lasting security protections.

Responsabilités

• Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with the customer, from RFIs through RFPs & RFQs, including project management and participation in POCs.
• Listen to customer requirements, read between the lines to build a solution that outperforms competitors.
• Be the primary technical contact for the customer(s) and partners in collaboration with the sales partner.
• Continuously improve knowledge of Fortinet products and solutions, and maintain understanding of the competitive landscape.
• Present Fortinet solutions effectively through whiteboarding, papers, or customer discussions.
• Manage time across multiple deals, ensuring a positive customer experience and accurate CRM records.
• Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information in Salesforce.
