You will oversee BCM lifecycle activities, governance forums, and metrics, ensuring safe operations and continuous improvement while guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, HR or related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in site operations, logistics or shared services.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee engagement governance across GS centers and programs.
• Plan, manage, and execute engagement initiatives, including logistics and budget.
• Drive site operations optimization with IT, Facilities, EHS, HR.
• Establish governance forums to align stakeholders and resolve issues.
• Oversee internal communications channels and onboarding.
• Support space and seat planning aligned with growth.
• Lead BCM lifecycle activities including risk assessment and continuity planning.
• Develop and maintain recovery strategies and testing.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
