AgileEngine in Colombia is seeking a Consumer Tech Trainer to help internal teams adopt new Shopify tools for Unified Commerce launches. This role bridges technical delivery and business operations, building training frameworks, documentation, and runbooks using train-the-trainer methods.

You will manage the rollout lifecycle, track adoption, and resolve bottlenecks across teams while promoting a culture of continuous learning and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Formación

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in program or project management.
• Experience conducting training sessions and delivering training to business users.
• Experience establishing workflows and training frameworks from scratch.
• Outstanding soft skills and adaptable mindset.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
• Strong organization, planning, and attention to detail.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Unified Commerce training program for Shopify operations.
• Bridge between technical delivery teams and regional operations/marketing.
• Define and document internal workflows and runbooks.
• Manage rollout lifecycle and track adoption.
• Identify bottlenecks and address them with leadership.
• Foster continuous learning and process improvement.
