AgileEngine is seeking a Consumer Tech Trainer to help internal teams adopt new Shopify tools for Unified Commerce launches. This role bridges technical delivery and business operations, building training frameworks, documentation, and runbooks using train-the-trainer methods.

You will manage the rollout lifecycle, track adoption, and resolve bottlenecks across teams, while promoting continuous learning and collaboration across regions.

Formación

• Outstanding soft skills and adaptable mindset.
• 2+ years in program or project management.
• Experience conducting training sessions.
• Experience establishing training frameworks from scratch.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Unified Commerce training program to upskill internal teams on Shopify operations.
• Define and document training workflows and runbooks.
• Manage rollout lifecycle and track adoption across teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
