AgileEngine is seeking a Consumer Tech Trainer to help internal teams adopt new Shopify tools for Unified Commerce launches. This role bridges technical delivery and business operations, building training frameworks, documentation, and runbooks using train-the-trainer methods.

You will manage the rollout lifecycle, track adoption, and resolve bottlenecks across teams. You will drive continuous learning and cross-functional collaboration, influencing multiple stakeholders and enabling operational

Formación

• Outstanding soft skills, critical thinking, and a highly adaptable mindset.
• 2+ years of demonstrated program or project management experience.
• Experience conducting training sessions and delivering to business users.
• Ability to establish workflows, training frameworks, and runbooks from scratch.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Self-starter who solves problems and fills gaps independently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Unified Commerce training program to upskill internal teams on Shopify operations.
• Bridge technical delivery teams with regional operational or marketing teams.
• Define and document internal workflows, runbooks, and processes for post-launch support.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the enablement program, including scheduling and adoption tracking.
• Identify bottlenecks and address them with leadership, driving continuous improvement.
