AgileEngine, LLC. seeks a Consumer Tech Trainer to lead internal training on Shopify tools for Unified Commerce launches. You will bridge technical delivery and business ops, building training frameworks, docs, and runbooks using train-the-trainer methods.

You will manage rollout lifecycle, track adoption, and resolve bottlenecks across teams, enabling autonomy and continuous improvement at global scale.

Formación

• Outstanding soft skills and an adaptable mindset.
• 2+ years in program or project management, driving readiness or change.
• Experience conducting training sessions for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to establish training frameworks and runbooks from scratch.
• Strong organization, planning, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Unified Commerce training program to upskill internal teams on Shopify operations and surrounding digital tools.
• Bridge between technical delivery teams and regional operational or marketing teams for seamless collaboration.
• Define and document internal workflows, training runbooks, and repeatable processes for post-launch support.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of the enablement program, including scheduling and tracking adoption.
• Identify bottlenecks and adoption issues, addressing them with leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and process improvement to drive autonomy.
