AgileEngine is seeking a Consumer Tech Trainer to help internal teams adopt new Shopify tools for Unified Commerce launches. This role bridges technical delivery and business operations, building training frameworks, documentation, and runbooks using train-the-trainer methods.

You will manage the rollout lifecycle, track adoption, and resolve bottlenecks across teams, driving a culture of continuous learning and process improvement through collaboration with regional operations and marketing.

Formación

• Outstanding soft skills, critical thinking, and adaptability.
• 2+ years in program or project management driving readiness or change initiatives.
• Experience delivering training sessions and building workflows from scratch.
• Ability to establish training frameworks and train-the-trainer methodologies.
• Excellent organization, planning, and attention to detail.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Unified Commerce training program for internal teams on Shopify operations.
• Bridge technical delivery teams with regional operational/marketing teams.
• Define and document internal workflows, runbooks, and post-launch processes.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the enablement program including scheduling and adoption tracking.
• Identify bottlenecks and address them with leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
