AgileEngine is seeking a Consumer Tech Trainer to help internal teams adopt Shopify tools for Unified Commerce launches. You will build training frameworks, documentation, and runbooks using train-the-trainer methods.

You will manage the rollout lifecycle, track adoption, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous learning across cross-functional teams while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Formación

• Outstanding soft skills and adaptable mindset, prioritized over fixed tech experience.
• At least 2+ years in program or project management, driving operational readiness or change.
• Experience conducting training sessions for business users across teams.
• Ability to define workflows and training frameworks from scratch using train-the-trainer methods.
• Excellent organization, planning, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Unified Commerce training program to upskill internal teams on Shopify operations and related tools.
• Bridge technical delivery teams with regional operations or marketing for seamless collaboration.
• Document, establish workflows, runbooks, and repeatable processes for post-launch support.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the enablement program: scheduling, prioritization, tracking adoption.
• Identify bottlenecks or adoption issues and address them with leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and process improvement to drive autonomy.
