Job summary

Chubb European Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Ops Lead to ensure stability, security, and performance of the ServiceNow platform across production and non-production environments.

You will own CMDB data quality, discovery configuration, service mapping and CI lifecycle governance, and manage access roles and SOX-compliant certification processes. As Deputy to the ServiceNow Hub Lead, you will lead and develop the Platform Ops team, driving

Qualifications

Proven people leadership experience (10+ years) in IT operations.
Proven ServiceNow platform administration and operations, including ITSM and ITIL-aligned modules.
Strong knowledge of CMDB data quality, discovery and service mapping.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and line management for the Platform Ops team.
Act as Deputy to the ServiceNow Hub Lead and ensure stakeholder continuity.
Own overall instance health and monitor platform performance across environments.
Lead incident, problem and change management for the ServiceNow platform.
Plan and implement upgrades, patches and security updates with minimal disruption.
Own release and change governance for platform releases.
Ensure ITSM process adherence and data quality across CMDB/Discovery teams.
Collaborate with security/compliance for regulatory alignment.
Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
