Job summary

Chubb is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Ops Lead to ensure platform stability, security and performance across environments. You will lead the Platform Ops team, deputise for the Hub Lead, and drive incident, change and release management with strong CMDB governance.

Responsibilities include monitoring instance health, managing upgrades, security patches, access management for audit readiness, and collaboration with security/compliance teams. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree required in CS, IT or related field.
Proven people leadership experience (10+ years) and ability to deputise for senior stakeholders.
Proven ServiceNow platform administration and operations experience (10+ years).
Strong ITSM process understanding and ITIL-aligned modules.
Experience with CMDB, Discovery, service mapping and CI lifecycle governance.
Experience with ServiceNow access management and SOX/audit certification processes.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and line management for the Platform Ops team, including performance management and development.
Act as Deputy to the ServiceNow Hub Lead, ensuring continuity in the Hub Lead's absence.
Own overall instance health, monitoring performance, availability and stability across environments.
Lead incident, problem and change management for the ServiceNow platform with root-cause analysis.
Plan and execute upgrades, patches and security updates with minimal business disruption.
Own release and change management governance and risk assessment.
Ensure ITSM process adherence and data quality across CMDB/Discovery teams.
Collaborate with security and compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning with regular testing.
