Hitachi Energy Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Local Service Unit Manager to lead the country’s service operations, drive profitability and growth, and ensure high‑quality service delivery across installations and customers.

You will manage service teams, strengthen customer relationships, oversee P&L, and promote health, safety, and environment practices while collaborating with global and regional colleagues.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Significant and proven experience managing a Service business unit with P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership skills with cross-functional team management experience.
• Solid technical knowledge of large electrical/high‑voltage systems and transformers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of the PGSV Service strategy at country level to drive growth.
• Manage local Service business P&L, profitability, and operational performance.
• Strengthen customer relationships, expand installed base, and improve satisfaction.
• Promote process optimization, resource planning, and continuous improvement.
• Foster a strong HSE culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and engage service teams, plan staffing and professional growth.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations and guidelines.
