Hitachi, Ltd. seeks a Local Service Unit Manager (PGSV) to lead the country\'s service operations, aligning with global strategies and delivering strong financial and operational results.

You will oversee service teams, customer relationships, and field operations, driving excellence and growth. You will manage P&L, strengthen relationships, expand installed base, and promote HSE practices while developing staff in a dynamic, matrix-driven environment.

Formación

• Experience leading a Service business unit with full P&L accountability.
• Proven IB (Installed Base) management and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong leadership in a matrix-driven environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of the PGSV Service strategy at the country level.
• Manage local Service business P&L, profitability, and targets.
• Strengthen customer relationships, expand installed base, and drive satisfaction.
• Promote operational excellence through process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Drive HSE culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop service teams, staffing, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
