Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Perform keyword research, site audits, competitor analysis, and backlink evaluations.
• Optimize on-page elements (metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure).
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz.
• Track and analyze SEO metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Identify growth opportunities through content optimization, technical improvements, and link-building.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry trends to adjust strategies proactively.
• Manage technical SEO (crawlability, indexation, site speed).
• Support paid media and broader digital campaigns with SEO insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic technical SEO principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Familiarity with local SEO and schema markup.
• Experience in content marketing and link-building campaigns.
• Understanding of PPC and its integration with SEO.
