Job summary

Cobre is seeking a UX/UI & Visual Communication Designer to craft digital experiences and visual systems across web and campaigns. You will prototype in Figma and implement in Webflow, while ensuring brand consistency through design systems and reusable components.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, content, product, and other teams to turn objectives into visual solutions, delivering high-quality assets for emails, social media, banners, and decks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX/UI, digital design, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for interfaces and prototypes.
• Experience with Webflow for responsive sites and landing pages.
• Advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience across websites, landing pages, emails, social media, banners, and presentations.
• Solid understanding of typography, color, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Ability to translate business goals into design decisions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showing digital/web design and visual communication work, including campaigns or brand projects.
• Collaborative and receptive to feedback with quick iterations.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and web interfaces in Figma.
• Build, update, and optimize websites and landing pages in Webflow.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, visual guidelines, and reusable components.
• Create visual assets for campaigns across emails, social media, digital ads, banners, and presentations.
• Use Photoshop and Illustrator to develop high-quality assets.
• Translate creative concepts into different executions while maintaining brand consistency.
• Work closely with marketing, content, product, and other teams to meet objectives.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen Cobre’s brand and product communication.
• Apply UX/UI best practices, responsive design principles, and conversion considerations.
