TeleTech Holdings, Inc. seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to craft and evolve digital assets for our web ecosystem. You’ll bridge UX/UI and brand design, delivering high-performing, user-centered web experiences.

The role involves collaboration with a global team, hands-on prototyping in Figma/Webflow, and iterative design within a hybrid structure in Bogota. The candidate should have 6+ years in digital design, a strong portfolio, and expertise in HTML/CSS basics, with a focus on B2B digital

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in graphic and digital design, with a strong focus on web-based environments.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and user-centered methodologies.
A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, design thinking and versatility.
Proficiency in digital design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Webflow; MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

Create and evolve digital assets and experiences across TTEC’s web ecosystem.
Lead information architecture of web sites and channels with clear user flows and wireframes.
Collaborate with global design team to deliver high-quality B2B assets like landing pages and email templates.
Design engaging UI and interaction designs with data visualization and prototyping.
Test and iterate on assets to ensure resonance and measurable results.
Support and evolve the brand’s digital presence and design system.
