Job summary
TTEC in Bogota, Colombia seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to lead digital design across our web ecosystem, blending UX/UI and brand design in a hybrid role. You’ll translate concepts into high‑performing, user‑centered experiences, collaborating with a global marketing team and using HTML/CSS, Figma, and Webflow to push innovation while maintaining brand integrity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in graphic and digital design for web.
- Strong portfolio with web-based, user-centered designs.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator; Webflow knowledge.
- English proficiency at bilingual level is a MUST.
Responsibilities
- Lead creation and evolution of digital assets across web ecosystem.
- Design and optimize site sections, landing pages, banners, and emails.
- Develop UI/UX concepts and prototypes (low/high fidelity).
- Collaborate with global design team and marketing on campaigns.
- Ensure accessibility and brand consistency across channels.
