We enable instant business payments—local or international, direct or via API—all from a single platform.

We are building the enterprise payments infrastructure of Latin America!

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a UX/UI & Visual Communication Designer with experience creating digital experiences and visual systems that connect business goals, user needs, and brand.

You will play a key role in designing and evolving Cobre’s web experiences, from exploration and prototyping in Figma to implementation in Webflow. At the same time, you will help bring our brand and products to life across campaigns, launches, and different marketing channels.

We are looking for someone who understands that design goes beyond making things look good. Every landing page, email, ad, social post, or presentation should have a clear purpose, communicate effectively, and contribute to a consistent brand experience.

What would you be doing:
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and web interfaces in Figma, translating business and communication needs into clear digital experiences.
  • Build, update, and optimize websites and landing pages in Webflow, ensuring responsive and consistent experiences across devices.
  • Maintain and evolve Cobre’s design systems, visual guidelines, and reusable components.
  • Create and adapt visual assets for campaigns and product launches across emails, social media, digital ads, banners, presentations, and commercial materials.
  • Use tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator to develop high-quality visual assets across different formats and channels.
  • Translate creative concepts into different executions while maintaining visual consistency, clarity, and impact.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, product, and other teams to understand objectives and turn them into effective visual solutions.
  • Contribute ideas and visual approaches that strengthen Cobre’s brand and improve how our products and value propositions are communicated.
  • Apply UX/UI best practices, responsive design principles, and conversion considerations to continuously improve our digital experiences.
What do you need:
  • 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI, digital design, graphic design, visual communication, or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, with experience designing digital interfaces, components, and prototypes.
  • Practical experience with Webflow, including building and maintaining responsive websites and landing pages.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience designing across different formats, including websites, landing pages, emails, social media, digital ads, banners, and presentations.
  • A strong understanding of composition, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and branding.
  • The ability to understand business objectives and audiences and translate them into thoughtful design decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage different projects, formats, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both digital/web design and visual communication work, including campaigns, marketing assets, or brand-related projects.
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams, receive feedback, and iterate quickly while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Nice to have:
  • Experience designing for email marketing and social media.
  • Knowledge of UX research, accessibility, responsive design, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience using AI tools as part of the design process.
  • Experience working in a technology, fintech, startup, or fast-growing environment.
  • Interest in building brands holistically, beyond individual interfaces or visual assets.
