Job summary

Mighty Nonprofits LLC is hiring a Senior US Bookkeeper for 100% remote work supporting U.S.-based clients from LATAM. You will manage full‑cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, perform reconciliations, and maintain accurate records. The role requires 2–5 years of U.S. bookkeeping experience, strong English, and 40 hours per week aligned to PST.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of solid full-cycle bookkeeping for U.S.-based companies.
• Advanced, active daily use of QuickBooks Online in the last 12 months.
• English at B2+ / C1 for communicating with U.S. clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks for assigned clients.
• Complete client account reconciliations accurately and on time.
• Maintain well-organized financial records within QuickBooks.
