A global technology company is hiring Senior Telecom Platform Engineers to support large-scale telecom platform operations. This remote role requires 6–10 years of relevant experience and expertise in cloud-native technologies and Cisco products. Formación

• 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Strong collaboration skills across global time zones.
• Fast learner with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
• Open to short-term travel when required.
• Certifications such as OCP or CKA are a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, install, integrate, and upgrade telecom products.
• Troubleshoot configuration, performance, and fault management issues.
• Provide remote support for global clients.
• Perform system health checks and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure OSS compliance with audit requirements.
• Support integration of network elements across 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies.

Conocimientos

Experience with Red Hat Linux/Unix

Proficiency in cloud-native technologies

CI/CD pipelines experience

Familiarity with automation/orchestration tools

Exposure to monitoring platforms

Basic networking knowledge

Experience with RDBMS

Familiarity with ticketing tools

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
