Job summary

PuzzleHR is seeking a Technology Solutions Manager to guide the design and operation of our internal systems and infrastructure. You will partner with leadership to distill needs, oversee agile sprint execution, and shape scalable technology solutions that support staff and vendor integrations.

You will function as a bridge between business units and engineering, driving architectural decisions, security best practices, and data analytics initiatives while maintaining alignment with company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications/experience in a relevant technology field required.
• Certifications for job-relevant technologies are preferred.
• Knowledge of and/or experience in relevant technology languages (SQL, VB, Python, PowerShell etc.) preferred.
• Experience with automation software and AI technology.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business leader stakeholders to understand current and future needs based on business direction.
• Collaborate with analysts, project managers, colleagues and vendors to architect effective solutions.
• Act as liaison with key vendors to optimize use of provided solutions.
• Lead the Agile Sprint program and track results for software development and data analytics/reporting.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Guide Technologists with solution ideas and broader systems perspective.
• Use analytics tools to manage internal systems.
• Support SOC 2 compliance activities and policy maintenance.
• Keep up-to-date with technologies and industry trends.
