This role emphasizes adoption-focused initiatives such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training, with advanced English and a background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Excellent executive-level communication and reporting.
• Proven experience coordinating dependencies, risks, and milestones across distributed teams.
• Experience with adoption-driven programs such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training.
• Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical programs end-to-end across distributed teams, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Deliver executive-level communication and reporting on program status and outcomes.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders to keep programs on track and unblock delivery.
