Job summary

iQor is seeking a Senior Product Leader to drive the strategy and evolution of the Core HCM platform in a hybrid role (3 days in office). You will define the product vision, partner with UX, engineering, and HRIS teams, and manage backlogs in an Agile environment.

The role requires 5+ years in product management within HCM or HR tech, strong English, and experience with HR SaaS solutions. Knowledge of Azure and experience in high-volume/BPO settings are a plus, with availability to work Eastern

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within HCM or HR technology.
• Hands-on experience with Core HCM platforms.
• Strong Agile experience, including backlog and business requirement management.
• Experience working with UX/Design teams.
• Familiarity with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR SaaS solutions.
• HR or HRIS background.
• Working knowledge of Azure.
• Experience in high-volume or BPO environments is a plus.
• Advanced English.
• Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
