You will mentor senior developers, conduct architecture reviews, and collaborate with client CTOs to align technology with business growth. The role offers a remote framework with executive flexibility and a budget for certifications and conferences.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years in an architectural or principal role.
• Expertise in Node.js, Python, and Go for backend systems.
• Database modeling with SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
• Strong English communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Define technical architectures and database models for high-impact web and mobile solutions.
