Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related diploma.
• 8+ years of technology project management experience.
• Experience with PMI and Agile practices.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Strong communication skills in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships at all levels.
• Experience developing project proposals, budgets and lifecycle plans.
• Familiarity with delivering solutions in manufacturing/process industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage LSS projects in the Americas with full accountability.
• Plan, delegate and manage tasks, issues, priorities and interdependencies.
• Lead diverse teams including business, IT, client and consulting staff.
• Identify conflicts and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Define project roles, responsibilities and expectations for all members.
• Lead project planning activities and change control of the project plan.
• Prepare monthly reports, cost forecasting and proactive project tracking.
