Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a BA/BSA with knowledge of financial products.
• 3+ years in finance/accounting background (revenue reporting and P&L).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and drive solutions to completion.
• Recent experience writing intermediate to advanced SQL queries.
• Excellent team player with analytical, communication and presentation skills in cross-department teams.
• Experience in an Agile environment and SDLC understanding.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between business stakeholders and IT to ensure solutions meet user needs.
• Develop and deliver Business Requirements Documents, Design Documents, Use Cases, Test docs, and Process Models.
