Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to Global Wholesale Operations users, resolving daily business and technology challenges.
• Collaborate with end users to understand business needs, perform gap analyses and assess requirements.
• Lead in collaboration with technology teams and vendors to ensure architectures support evolving business needs.
• Oversee successful implementation of business line solutions across multiple technology domains.
• Participate in all SDLC phases, coordinating between development teams and business stakeholders.
