Trajectory Inc. is seeking a junior consultant engaging in ERP, CRM, and integration projects for our Colombian practice. You will participate in training, assist in full-cycle implementations, and map business processes to align with client needs and regulatory requirements.

You will build strong client relationships, communicate effectively across teams, and help deliver post-implementation support to optimize adoption and outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 1 year of relevant consulting or industry experience preferred.
• English proficiency at C1 level; strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Trajectory Inc. is a Canadian Company that provides Professional Services for ERP, CRM and Integrations in cloud platforms such as NetSuite, Boomi and complementary technologies. In 2019, Trajectory Inc arrives in Colombia as part of our Latin American expansion with the objective to help companies through its growing path.

What would you do exactly?

• Participate in training programs related to business platforms, solutions, and processes to understand their functionality, capabilities, and value proposition for customer needs.
• Participate in full-cycle implementation projects, from requirements gathering and initial analysis to post go-live support.
• Participate in business process mapping, analysis, and requirements gathering sessions with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and support gap analysis between business requirements and proposed solution capabilities.
• Participate in the preparation of functional, technical, and project scope documentation, providing proposed solutions for customer validation and approval.
• Participate in project effort estimation, planning activities, and scope definition.
• Configure, implement, and deploy technology solutions aligned with business needs, operational processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the creation of test cases, test planning, and user validation or acceptance testing sessions.
• Identify, analyze, and support the resolution of issues arising during configuration, implementation, or solution adoption phases.
• Provide post-implementation support to encourage solution adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, subject matter experts, and internal teams, attending project meetings and reporting progress, risks, and deliverables.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients and internal teams, providing guidance, consulting, and support according to project and business needs.

Required:

• English Proficiency C1 - Advanced
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1 year of relevant consulting or industry experience
• Experience with customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Teamwork, adaptability and capacity of fastest learning.

Preferrend:

• NetSuite knowledge (is a plus.)
• Experience in Financial, Accounting, Professional Services, Software, or Manufacturing business processes (is a plus)
• Work experience in multinational companies (is a plus)
• Implementation software experience, preferably ERP or CRM (is a plus)
