Apex IT seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Service Senior Consultant in Colombia. You will lead design, implementation, and optimization of Fusion Service and CX integrations, partnering with global experts to deliver client-focused solutions.

The role offers remote work within Colombia or on-site client engagements, with travel when needed, and a strong emphasis on professional growth and certifications.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Service experience.
• Proficiency with VBCS or Redwood UX and Oracle CX modules.
• Strong example-driven problem solving and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end architecture of Oracle Fusion Service solutions aligned to business needs.
• Configure, customize, and deploy Oracle Fusion Service and CX modules.
• Design integrations between Fusion Service and other apps using OIC or middleware.
• Develop custom apps with VBCS and Redwood UX to enhance UX.
• Collaborate with users, IT, and vendors to deliver effective solutions.
• Mentor developers and support teams for scalable implementations.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and propose improvements.
• Ensure security, compliance, and IT policies are followed.
• Create technical docs and conduct knowledge transfers.
