Trajectory Inc. is seeking a junior consultant engaging in ERP, CRM, and integration projects for our Colombian practice. You will participate in training, assist in full-cycle implementations, and map business processes to align with client needs and regulatory requirements.

You will build strong client relationships, communicate effectively across teams, and help deliver post-implementation support to optimize adoption and outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 1 year of relevant consulting or industry experience preferred.
• English proficiency at C1 level; strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in training programs to understand customer needs and platform capabilities.
• Assist in full-cycle implementation projects from requirements gathering to post go-live support.
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements sessions with customers.
