Caseware is seeking a Senior Software Developer III to act as a technical leader across the cloud platform and legacy codebases. This AI-first role focuses on guiding agentic-AI tooling to deliver quality software, shaping architecture, and improving SDLC practices.

You will mentor others, drive platform modernization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical decisions into business value while maintaining robust security and reliability.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience designing and operating distributed, cloud-native platforms at scale, preferably on AWS.
• Strong fundamentals in OOP, design patterns, and code quality advocacy.

Responsabilidades

• Create architecture, prototypes, and design proposals delivering near-term business value.
• Lead architecture reviews, RFCs, and design discussions across the SDLC.
• Define and execute product/platform architecture roadmap with senior teams.
• Balance speed, quality, and long-term platform health in technical decisions.
• Break large initiatives into parallelizable chunks delivering incremental value.
• Drive automation, CI/CD improvements, and reliable deployment practices.
• Mentor developers through design reviews and agentic-AI sessions.
• Own security posture and CVE remediation across cloud dependencies.
