Caseware, a leading Fintech software company, seeks a Software Developer II for a fully remote Colombia-based position. You will own SDLC improvements, work on cloud-based backend services, and contribute to AI-assisted development workflows.

Exposure to legacy Windows code is possible, with a focus on secure refactoring and modernization. You will collaborate across teams, implement CI/CD, and help drive velocity and quality in a global SaaS platform.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional cloud/back-end development experience (Java/SpringBoot or similar).
• Experience building production services and understanding SDLC.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• English at High B2 or C1 level.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software in the team's core stack.
• Enhance SDLC processes with CI/CD best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; conduct code reviews and ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues; deliver new functionality from user stories.
• Act as domain expert and uplift the team's technical capabilities.
• Automate repetitive work via scripts or AI workflows.
