Caseware is seeking a Senior Software Developer III to lead architecture, guide AI platform development, and mentor teams. You will design end‑to‑end systems, oversee production AI pipelines, and collaborate across engineering, product, and security to deliver scalable, reliable software solutions.

The role emphasizes hands‑on architecture, LLMOps, and integration of third‑party AI tools, with full remote flexibility for Colombia.

Formación

• 2+ years building and operating production AI systems.
• Experience with agent frameworks or orchestration of AI tools.
• Production AWS experience, including IaC (CDK/CloudFormation/Terraform).
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Designing and operating distributed, cloud‑native SaaS platforms at scale.
• Strong fundamentals in software design and code quality.
• Experience mentoring developers and influencing architecture.
• Experience designing and consuming well‑designed HTTP APIs (REST/GraphQL).

Responsabilidades

• Create architecture, prototypes, and design proposals with business value.
• Influence technical direction through architecture reviews and RFCs.
• Collaborate with senior team members to define roadmap and execution.
• Balance delivery speed, quality, and long‑term platform health.
• Break down large initiatives into incremental work delivering value.
• Mentor developers through reviews and AI‑assisted development sessions.
