CaseWare is a leading fintech software company, seeking a Senior Software Developer III to lead architecture and deliver cloud-native SaaS solutions. You’ll drive agentic-AI tooling, ensure security, reliability, and scalability across distributed services while mentoring the team and shaping platform evolution.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development with impact beyond a single team.
• Experience designing and operating distributed, cloud-native SaaS platforms at scale, ideally on AWS.
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, SOLID.
• Experience with agentic‑AI software development practices.
• Experience designing and consuming well‑designed HTTP APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience mentoring developers and influencing architectural decisions.
• Strong communication in fast-moving environments and ambiguity.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native service architecture with Windows/C++ background.

Responsabilidades

• Create architecture, prototypes, and design proposals delivering near-term value.
• Influence technical direction through architecture reviews and RFCs across the SDLC.
• Partner with senior engineers to define and execute the product/platform roadmap.
• Balance speed, quality, maintainability, and long-term health in decisions.
• Break down large initiatives into parallelizable work items delivering incremental value.
• Champion proposals through design to production, and improve core build and pipelines.
• Drive automation at the team level, reducing toil in builds, tests, and deploys.
• Champion platform evolution and tool modernization; evaluate new tech.
