Caseware is seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer to own and operate our AI production stack. You will design agentic AI systems, memory and evaluation infrastructure, and lead LLMOps efforts across a cloud-native SaaS platform.

Responsibilities include building reliable, cost-aware architectures, mentoring engineers, and improving CI/CD and tooling. This role is fully remote and located in Colombia, with a chance to impact global accounting and auditing software.

Formación

• 2+ years building and operating production AI systems.
• Experience with agent frameworks, memory systems, or orchestration of tool-using AI systems.
• Production AWS experience, including Infrastructure as Code (CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform).
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent; 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience designing and operating distributed, cloud-native SaaS platforms at scale, ideally on AWS.
• Strong software fundamentals and code quality advocacy.
• Experience mentoring developers and influencing architectural decisions.
• Familiarity with HTTP APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Strong written and verbal communication in fast-moving environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end AI platform in production including architecture, delivery, operations, cost, and on-call.
• Design, build, and operate agentic AI systems and memory infrastructure.
• Lead LLMOps harnesses, pipelines, and cost/latency optimization.
• Build automated eval infrastructure to monitor drift and performance.
• Collaborate with senior teams to define and execute architecture roadmap.
• Mentor engineers through reviews and AI-driven development practices.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and core product build for reliability.
