SAMY, based in Bogotá, is seeking a senior developer/architect to lead development and QA teams and steer the migration of a large-scale digital platform to a modern Vercel-backed stack. You will collaborate with the client's engineering leadership and UX partner to define architecture and deliverables at pace.

You will own project management, oversee the migration workstreams, ensure QA sign-off, and maintain performance budgets across a multi-cloud environment, while maintaining a strong

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development or software architecture.
• Experience leading development and QA teams, setting standards and accepting deliverables.
• Experience in technical project management; knowledge of Linear is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and QA teams across the migration and modernization project.
• Own project plan, timelines, and weekly risk/status reporting.
• Sign off on the Vercel/Headless CMS migration and optimization efforts.
• Define performance budgets and validate against peak traffic.
• Collaborate with client engineering leadership and UX partners.
