Movate, Inc. in Colombia seeks a Lead Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of software experience to guide the architecture of backend services and frontend interfaces across our product ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Security teams to translate complex requirements into production-ready features and champion AI-assisted development practices, integrating secure coding playbooks and automated standards into daily workflows.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in a lead/Staff engineer or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong Java or Kotlin backend with JVM and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering and DevSecOps automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture and scaling of backend services and frontend interfaces across the product ecosystem.
• Identify and mitigate performance, security, and scalability risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Security Research teams to translate requirements into production features.
• Champion AI-assisted development practices with automated coding standards and secure playbooks.
• Provide engineering-ready architectural proposals and guide complex pull requests to completion.
