Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including architecture-focused work.
• Deep experience designing low-latency AWS service architectures with distributed components.
• Experience defining explicit latency budgets and synchronous durable commits.
• Proven ability to design audit/evidence systems and versioned data models.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/AuroraDB and Row-Level Security.
• Strong Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript skills across the stack.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extreme ownership and client-focused delivery.
