Bluelight Consulting in Bogotá seeks a Senior Software Architect to lead the design of low-latency, scalable systems across AWS and hybrid environments. You will shape architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with clients to ensure secure, compliant multi-tenant solutions.

You will design RESTful APIs, drive ADRs, and deliver architecture diagrams while focusing on cost/performance in dynamic cloud contexts. Remote-friendly with international client exposure.

Formación

• 8+ years professional software development experience, with 3+ years in an architecture-focused role.
• Deep experience designing low-latency service architectures in AWS and distributed components.
• Experience designing to explicit latency budgets (p95/p99) and durable commits.
• Experience designing audit/evidence systems incl. versioned models and replay.
• Experience architecting secure multi-tenant environments and RLS considerations.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript across the stack.
• Experience building capacity models and cloud cost/performance projections.
• Experience producing architecture docs and ADRs; defending decisions in reviews.
