AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, including AI-assisted capabilities like Agentforce. This role emphasizes security, integrations, and high performance across the Salesforce platform.

You will collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure best practices.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform configuration.
• Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Implement and support Agentforce-related experiences, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent case or task handling where applicable.
• Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Optimize platform performance, maintain code quality, and enforce secure development practices.
• Support integrations with external systems using REST APIs, platform events, and middleware patterns.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to code reviews, release planning, and technical documentation.
