RTX is seeking a Microsoft 365 expert to support Office 365 apps, licensing, and automation. The role requires hands-on O365 engineering experience, PowerShell scripting, and the ability to work within defined security policies.

The position is remote, with expectations to travel to the Santa Isabel site as needed. Candidates must have a university degree or equivalent, plus 3–5+ years in related roles, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent experience with a related advanced degree and 3+ years experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
• 2+ years of experience working as an O365 engineer.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Microsoft 365 subject matter expert for Office 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive).
• Administer O365 environments including groups, licensing, automations, and tenant health.
• Design and implement products based on requirements while following cyber and security policies.
• Provide input for new products/services and support business strategies.
• Influence policy and practices related to Microsoft Office 365.
• Execute change management and support scheduled maintenance.
• Support Operations Tier 3 for Tenant Engineering.
• Research and test next generation technologies; coordinate with Microsoft Support.
• Follow English work instructions for daily activities.
