UST is seeking a Scrum Master to lead enterprise Data & Analytics initiatives for a top healthcare client in the US. The role emphasizes Agile delivery, Azure DevOps expertise, and cross-functional leadership across data engineering, BI, reporting, and analytics.

The candidate will support distributed teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and promote best practices while aligning with US Pacific Time business hours. A strong English communicator is essential.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years IT experience with 3–5 years as Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams.
• Strong hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, dashboards, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile principles.
• Experience supporting Data & Analytics initiatives incl. data engineering, warehousing, BI, cloud data platforms.
• Ability to coordinate with distributed onshore/offshore teams; available for US Pacific Time.
• Excellent English verbal, written communication, and executive reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement.
• Partners with Product Owners, BAs, Solution Architects, Data Engineers and stakeholders to prioritise and deliver business value.
• Manages Agile delivery using Azure DevOps (ADO) with backlog mgmt, user stories, dashboards and reporting.
• Tracks sprint progress using velocity, burndown, capacity and release readiness.
• Facilitates estimation, backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning and capacity planning.
• Identifies and removes delivery impediments while proactively managing RAID.
• Coordinates cross-functional dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Translates Azure DevOps data into executive-friendly reporting for leadership.
• Promotes Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.
• Supports enterprise Data & Analytics initiatives including data engineering, warehousing and cloud analytics.
