Mroads in Bogotá seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for IT projects across application development, system integration, and enterprise platforms. You will coach cross-functional teams, remove impediments, and ensure on-time, high-quality technology solutions.

As a servant leader, you will facilitate ceremonies, manage backlogs with Product Owners, and track sprint metrics while aligning with IT governance and security standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting IT projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with IT initiatives such as application development, cloud, data, or enterprise systems.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and modern IT delivery models.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams on Scrum and Agile best practices and ensure consistent adoption
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies across IT and business teams
• Track and report sprint progress, velocity, risks, and delivery metrics
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability
• Support release planning, roadmap execution, and cross-team coordination
• Work closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, UX, and business stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal IT governance, security, and quality standards

• Exposure to DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Data platforms
