GM Financial is seeking a Data Governance Scrum Master to lead agile delivery and governance workstreams within a large financial services environment. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and partner with Product Owners and Data Governance leads to manage governance backlogs while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business value.

Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps, Kanban and Scrum, plus excellent communication and stakeholder management, are essential for success

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master.
• Strong expertise in Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and TFS.
• Backlog management and sprint tracking experience.
• Ability to coach teams and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Drive governance initiatives like data stewardship, catalog, data mapping, and data quality enablement.
• Track sprint progress with velocity, burndown, and backlog health.
• Promote transparency of progress, risks, and dependencies across stakeholders.
• Coach teams and leaders on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Support cross-functional decision-making in Data Governance programs.
