AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to design and enhance Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel routing, capacity, and presence management for an enterprise Salesforce environment. You will build scalable applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components, maintain Aura and Visualforce components, and integrate with third-party systems via REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.

The role requires hands-on CI/CD and deployment experience and strong Service Cloud/LWC

Formación

• 4+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.
• Proficiency in Apex, including triggers, controllers, and test classes.
• Lightning development with LWC experience; SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Omni-Channel functionality.
• Experience developing custom objects in Salesforce.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with REST-based web services.
• Experience maintaining Aura and Visualforce components.
• Git and Salesforce CI/CD, deployment and migration processes.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel functionality such as routing, capacity, and presence management.
• Build scalable, high-quality applications using Apex and Lightning frameworks, with LWC as the primary development framework, and maintain existing Aura and Visualforce components as needed.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs, including telephony/CTI and external SaaS/AppExchange integrations.
